Cancellation policy

Once you have placed your order it usually cannot be cancelled as orders can be processed and sent immediately. If you have made a purchase in error please call us on 01497 828186 or email hello@splosh.com and we will try and resolve the situation for you. Please note that any received order can be returned within 14 days for a full, no-quibble refund.
